Polis is in need of support to hire a full-time editor who would help authors prepare and later update their articles. The editor would be responsible for fact-checking, proofreading, and formatting, as well as contacting others to review content based on their experience and expertise.

The editor would hire freelance designers and programmers to consistently improve the site. Designers would develop visual material for articles and work with programmers on usability. Programmers would also work on content management and other infrastructural needs.
